5 serving spoon allpurpose flour


1 egg

littel salt

2 TBSP vegetable oil

add milk to make it an eggnog consistency. ( in the video he makes it with half water)

Mix it well until smooth. You may let it stand for an hour.

Copy books needed

Ms. Bosso and Mrs. Smigel need more copy books for the students to use in the class room.  If you have any or would like to make a donation to the class it would be greatly appreciated. 

KidsFest Dessert

We need to make 50 crepes to serve in the class room.  If you can help make them.  You can make them at home, keep them in the refrigerator and then send them in on Thursday.  If we can get 5 people to make 10 each it would be helpful and hopefully not overwhelming for one or two people. 

KidsFest Volunteers

We need a few volunteers to help set up the class room from 3:30 - 4:30.
We need 4 volunteers to help in the class room. 2 for each shift
4:45 - 5:45
5:45 - 6:30
We also need a couple of volunteers to help restore the class room for Monday morning. 

We have also been asked by the KidsFest committee to provide 4 volunteers to help with the main campus activities.

Jan 21 field trip

You should have seen the permission slip for our next field trip to the Beaufort county courthouse with lunch at the Pirates Grill.  The cost is $5 for lunch.  We will be leaving the school at 9 a.m. and return around 1 p.m.  Drivers are needed, if you are available to drive please complete the bottom portion of the permission form. 

Auction Basket

Our class will be collecting $5 per student for the class basket.  Our basket is called Family movie night and will include items such as classic movies, current block buster movies, popcorn, etc.  Please send your $5 in by February 11 so that Pam can get the basket put together for the auction February 19th.  Tickets are now on sale in the office, the cost is $20 per person and $35 per couple.  The price at the door will be $25 per person with no couple discount.  If you can not attend and would like to bid on an item or items absent bidding forms will be available the week prior to the auction.
